1. Who processes your data

2. What data we process
Your email address and password (stored only as an irreversible hash), and data from Google or Facebook sign-in if you use it. The content you enter: business descriptions, ideas, ad copy, the logo and product photos you upload, and the images, comics and videos created from them. Usage data (credits, ads created) and the technical logs needed to run the service and prevent abuse.
3. Why we process it
To provide the service to you (performance of a contract), to secure it and prevent abuse (legitimate interest) and to meet legal obligations.
4. Who receives it
To create scenarios, copy and translations and to check images we send your input and uploaded material to the AI provider Anthropic. To draw images we send it to fal.ai. Our mail server sends emails. We do not sell your data or share it otherwise.
5. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for sign-in and security. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
6. How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. You can have your account and all data deleted by writing to no-reply@comicsad.com; backups are removed in the normal cycle.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
